The Mystery of The Indigo Valley
Chapter-3
The Collectors Association
As I went through the city I saw
many people carrying baskets and a tool which looked liked a very long forceps
with a wooden handle. I saw many people having such gear so I just asked an old
man having the same things sitting on pavement of a building. He told me that
these were his flower collecting gear, the forceps kind of thing that they
called inglo was tool that helped in plucking many flowers in a row and then of
course the basket was used to keep them safe. I soon realized that these were
the ancient flower collecting traditions that I read in a report given by my
officer before I came here. It mentioned that some of the flower collectors
were also reported missing while searching the east side of the indigo valley.
So, I thought of investigating about these collectors. I headed for the
collectors room which was at the municipality ring. I was a bit surprised that municipality
owned the collectors association. It was a big building with beautiful lawns
and gardens, according to the map outside the building, the building was
divided into two parts one was the office and other was the store and transport
section. After some time I saw a stone
statue at the rear left corner of the big building, I asked a man sitting under
the building. “Excuse me old man, can you tell me something about the statue at
the rear left corner” “Well, stranger it is the statue of the founder of the
collectors association Mr. lock.” He said. I was surprised to know that Lock
was the founder of the association as I have seen many posters around the city that
claimed Windwood’s the founder of the association. When I asked the man about
the issue he got mad “Windwood’s are the traitors, they killed lord Lock and
claimed that they were the founders!” He said very fiercely. “What do you mean,
please tell me more?” “Okay as I do not want travelers to believe that those
traitors are the founders I will let you know after all it is a long story….
